Mr.Lal Dehigodage, founder of the company started his construction business on year 1998 as a small scale construction services provider. After his hardworking effort & determination, company became sole proprietorship in year 2006 & was registered as Lal Constructions & obtained ICTAD-C7 Grading.
Mr.Lal Dehigodage completed so many private & Institutional construction projects during the years 2006 to 2015 & began to Expands the company in to a Limited Liability Company as Lal Constructions & Engineering (Pvt) Ltd on year 2015 & Obtained ICTAD-C4 Grading from the Government. Remarkably company has obtain ICTAD C2 Grading since in 2020 January.
As a C2 Contactor we are engaged in all construction activities such as building houses, apartments, hotels, institutions, factories, multi-storied buildings, steel structures & swimming pools Etc. All our construction works are done under supervision of qualified architects & charted engineers & we have the capacity to work at any location in Sri Lanka.
We are committed to deliver very unique solid finishes to every construction we undertake. Our ability to bring together the right combination of experience have been proved over the years.
According to the ICTAD Grading Company currently holding C2 & counting for C1 Level Immediately. ICTAD grade signifies the financial & technical stability of the company to undertake large scale contracts of huge value & complexity. Subsequently company obtained ISO Certification from end of year 2018 has brought Lal Constructions & Engineering (Pvt) Ltd to International Standards.
The company also encompasses modern technologies & techniques to provide total customer satisfaction & on time delivery of project. With this as the motto company exerted to won many awards from prestigious institutions for outstanding performances & quality constructions.
